Why is crude rising in the market?

Odds are the rise in crude is a big head fake.

But if you know better let me know.

If a recession is less likely then demand for oil won’t drop. At the same time, OPEC will be increasing production later in the summer so the price of oil will probably drop then.

Oil also gained after the US and China agreed to a framework and implementation plan to ease tariff and trade tensions following high-level talks in London.

TIG reportedly has said negotiations with Iran are not going well.

Iran says it will target USian bases, if conflict breaks out.

Look at the RIG count… in US Oil companies are not going to increase production, and do “drill baby drill”. We need to see “OPEC Oil production increase by Saudi” is a threat to bring the wayward members back in line or true intent. Also, it could be viewed as a warning to US Oil producers, don’t go nuts and start drilling left and right and bring down the price, if you do, we will bankrupt you… a gentle reminder.

Bingo!!! And TIG already has his payoff and so….

Just one payoff? Need I remind you one is not enough?

Posturing but war is probable.

LOL. I do forget the combination of stoopid, kriminal greed, and shrieking baby that we seem to be dealing with….

Oil was significantly down this morning.

But war is close.

At this point in time, I would be more inclined to believe a UN analysis, than anything that comes out of the regime.

The US only supports the UN, when the US decides that UN policies support the US’ ambitions. When the UN found no WMDs in Iraq, the US ignored it. Is the US regime now willing to accept soaring retail gas prices, in the US, to take out the Iranian regime?

One could hope so, but then again, I thought Bush would take out the Iranian nuclear facilities back in 2008.

He had already disrupted Iraqi production. $100/barrel crude, in June of 08, was probably enough.

Steve

What is wrong with that? The UN is not a sovereign power.

What do you think all the comment is about Israel? There are plenty of non Jewish states but only one Jewish state. Always a deflection from all the other bull.

Next would be the one major Hindu state for scapegoating.

I would propose that uniqueness does not confer entitlement. Several countries have sanctioned two Israeli ministers for promoting ethnic cleansing in the West Bank. The news asked an Israeli official about that. The official’s response was the other powers cannot sanction Israeli officials, because Israel is a democracy. Of course, here in the US, saying anything against Israel is now a crime. Should a country, because it is unique, be given a blank check, to do anything it wishes, regardless of the cost to others? How many Iraqi civilians died, because Shiny-land decided to invade, based on debunked claims?

Hold on you are from the USA. Talk about entitlement all your life. The cost of the shirt on your back is based on slave labor.

All US wars are more bloody than any Middle Eastern war minus those fought by the US and Russia in Iraq and Syria. We sponsored the Yemen civil war.

The other day 13 people died in Gaza. You’d think it was WW III if that is what you mean by entitlement. It is a reflection only on the media using you.

BTW whether it is the fruit you ate for lunch or the shirt on your back, you can not afford an honest price for the labor. If you paid honestly for the goods you’d have been broke years ago. People end up bent over after picking your fruits and vegetables never to straighten their backs again. No one is as entitled. You are the unique one.

Don’t insult me.

So has Israel been in violation of IAEA protocols and obligations for decades!!!
