I get about 10 of these emailed to me each day. With most, you could lose your principle depending on how the underyling security does. This is NOT a reccommendation, I’m just posting it to show what is out there.
That would drive me to distraction! 
I rarely read them. I just delete them without even opening. Once in a while I take a look.
