The company gets glowing reviews from employees.
Eric Yaun worked at webex from its early days, late 90s. And then worked for cicso after they acquired webex (another 5 years) before founding zoom. He convinced 40 engineers to leave cisco when he founded zoom.
So they started zoom in the cloud era, solving an old problem in a new way.
This reminds me of zscaler in that a ceo is solving an old problem, but with the benefit of starting from scratch in the cloud era. Free from the technical debt.
This company is worth keeping an eye on.
