Posting a link to an SA article about Zoom’s other product, Zoom Phone. In all the discussion about Zoom on this board, I don’t recall reading anything about this product and what it might mean to Zoom’s expansion (if someone else has discussed this, sorry for the oversight). Every business in the world with more than maybe 20 employees has some kind of phone system, most often a PBX system. Zoom Phone does that and a lot more.

Yep, a serious competitive threat to Ringcentral (RNG), enough to push me into reducing my 6-year sizeable stake in RNG weeks/months back.

There may be plenty of TAM for both excellent companies in the Unified Communications (UCaaS) space. EGHT has been an ineffective competitor. Zoom no doubt will be more formidable.
