I have to apologize. The move of the backend servers along with the change from DST caused a bug to surface which took awhile to track down.
I appreciate your patience and the fact that you brought the issues to light to help me track down the bug. This code had operated correctly for over 15 years, but a combination of recent events awoke the dormant beast.
