I donā€™t know if it is in BAs bylaws, but I remember when, in the late 80s, Tandy Corp amended itā€™s bylaws to shield the members of the Board from personal responsibility, for their actions as members of the Board.

Remember, all this posturing about ā€œpersonal responsibilityā€ is for the Proles only. ā€œJCsā€ must not be ā€œburdenedā€ with responsibility.

What would anyone expect him to say? The truth? (we build these planes to maximize profit. that is all that matters. people accept the risk when they step on that plane. their hazard is not our problem)
