After holding a cash cushion I felt almost irresponsible not deploying as it crested 20% of my portfolio, I have sprung into action on this second consecutive down day. This morning I bought shares or options in:

MDB
SHOP
TLND
INST
WIX
HDP
NEWR
NTNX
and PSTG

One thing that helps me on days like these is looking at the market cap of these companies:

2.8 billion
15.6 billion
1.7 billion
1.4 billion
4.6 billion
1.4 billion
5.5 billion
8.2 billion
5.0 billion

Shopify looks like a massive company at 15.6 billion! Ha…compare that to Apple at 933 billion (59 times as large!) or Amazon at 868 billion…or even FedEx at 65 billion or Kraft Heinz at 74 billion.

These are tiny, tiny companies with a lot of room to grow.

if you compare MDB to Oracle database market share and by proxy to Oracle Marketcap, I can understand… but comparing shopify marketcap with Apple or Amazon, how is that relevant?
