I read something astounding a few days ago, but I can’t find it again. I hate when that happens!!!
Apparently some folks have been using AI tools to completely create online games (apps?) and then putting those games on the app stores and charging money for them. And … they are selling! People are actually making some real, direct money from the use of AI. I assume the AI needs some direction, maybe some artwork and other stuff, but the piece implied that the AI is doing all the hard work of putting it all together and packaging it up nicely enough to sell as a game app. To me, that is pretty astounding.
There has to be! Otherwise a AIs could produce hundreds of thousands a day and simply flood the Amazon listings. Eventually you end up with billions of AI written books and less than a million human written books. And when perusing the lists, the human written ones will be completely drowned out.
