I’ve put it off a long time, using other earbuds from Beats to TCL, but the new Pro 3’s got my attention, watching reviews, and maybe needed a nudge to get out walking again, in fact bought 2 pair, one for my DW as well… Our birthdays are this and next month, so I did the deed.. Be here tomorrow… There are no deals, too new, so I rationalized I may as well make the buy.
Better noise cancellation, and a long list of other features…And it seems they will fit better, too!
AirPods arrived, seem to be semi charged, 26%, but as I went into actually using, play a podcast, even though they are connected, they connect as soon as they are in my ears, and per the bluetooth settings, but I’m not hearing the audio… Noise cancellation is on, kills the background TV nicely, but I’m not hearing the podcast!
For now, put them back in the case, and the case on the charger, will try again later… An unexpected blank spot for me so far…
Update I: So once charged, it went right on to audio, connected, podcast sounds great, a MW AirPod review, so, no idea what changed, other than that initial charge level… I hadn’t made any settings changes.. They did charge fast, the case as well.. Onward!
Update II: After realizing my SIL and others have lost their AirPods more than once, in fact somewhere I have a baggy of older ones found while out walking, I ordered a safety net, they clip on, the stem, so if one drops out, it won’t hit the ground… (cheap $10 insurance!)
