Perhaps it’s just blowing off the top after a pretty steep rise over the past few weeks. It’s my largest holding so I’m also watching closely

Very interesting find. By what I saw, over $11 million sold since July 9th just by him. I don’t know enough about this type of activity in general to know if this should be considered a red flag about the company and the stock. But it does seem like a lot of selling (6 lots in just a few months).

This is not new. It looks like he is exercising large amount of options ($0) and selling them. This is going on for many moons now.
