I have noticed TIG is back to blaming Ukraine for the war.

The Ruble is appreciate because of high interest rates. That’s not necessarily good.

And I saw the Sec. of State (affectionately called Lil’ Marco by the boss) say that he was basically giving up trying to negotiate an end to the war because it is too hard for him. I was surprised, because his boss said he could end it on Day 1.
