Mnadel was able to obtain the court filing. If half the stuff from his summary are true (posted on RB boards) this would be really bad for BOFI. It is extremely detailed and shines BOFI as straight up fraudulent operation top to bottom. I’m trying to get the copy from mnadel so that I can put it on a public share.
