Bromance over? Vivek got out of the way a long time ago. Lucky for him

There’s only enough room for one biggest ego on the planet.

TSLA took a thumping today too. Will the withdrawal of EV incentives become personal “retribution”?

There were those who thought Trump couldn’t afford to respond to Musk; couldn’t afford to lose all the money and influence that Musk provides (or used to?) . But I could not see Trump NOT responding. He’s got to get ‘even’.

Elon could put $4 MM into each of the 25 tightest Congressional races ($100 MM total) and swing the mid-term election. Then TIG will spend the last 2 years of his term under Congressional investigation.

I think you can remove the question mark in the title (unless it really is another plot to keep our eyes away from something else).

(Musk) later claimed that the president is “in the Epstein files” and that is the “real reason” those records have not been publicly released, without providing any evidence of where his information was coming from.

Trump threatened in a social media post to target Musk’s business empire. “The easiest way to save money in our Budget, Billions of Dollars, is to terminate Elon’s Governmental Subsidies and Contracts,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

Unless TIG puts Musk under investigation first: including freezing all his assets, pending the results of the investigation.

Trump isn’t up for reelection, he can afford to dump on Elon. House and Senate Members don’t want Elon bankrolling their primary challengers.

Elon wouldn’t need to spend very much money to get 10 GOP incumbents to vote for impeachment. {{ LOl }}

Yeah, but they’re two peas in a pod. One is hell-bent on destroying the country, the other on destroying his companies. Both now wanting to destroy the other.

That’s not new. We already know that Trump was listed as a passenger on Epstein’s plane for the “sex island” trips..

You’re right, TFG was known to party with Epstein. That’s not breaking news. What’s new is that Musk is making the accusation.

I’m ashamed to say it, watching two very unstable narcissists go at each other is quite entertaining. Don’t judge me.

Awesome, isn’t it? We knew this day was coming, I didn’t know it would be this soon. Tomorrow is going to be great.

There is rarely room for two or more really prominent people in a regime. Just ask Trotsky.

This is better than I could have ever imagined. It’s like watching two cats go at it.

It’s all a bunch of kayfabe. Two fake wrestlers staying in character, putting on a show to distract us.
“ In this corner, the furious Eeeeee-LONNNNNN! And in this corner, Diaper DONNNNNNNY!”

Why would Elon bring up Epstein now? What is this about the files? :innocent:

The final damage at day’s end: $34 billion erased from his personal net worth, the second-largest loss ever in the history of the Bloomberg Billionaires Index of the 500 wealthiest people on the planet. The only bigger one: his own wipeout in November 2021.

It takes one hell of an actor not to break character as you lose $34 billion in one day.

I was surprised they consummated anything to begin with.

It is especially poignant right at the start of Pride Month.

Yes, it could be a show. But, I have seen some honchos in action, who were both very fragile, and vindictive.

Meanwhile, the rest of us may have been nominated as collateral damage.

Unless you planned the hissy fit ahead of time, and shorted your own stock.

Here’s another song, for honchos who demand they only be told what they want to hear.
