Year to Date Return
I tend to follow economic news closely and follow a number of indicators. I won’t go into great deal about my strategy to avoid trouble with my stocks, because it isn’t the purpose of this board except to say that I hedged my stocks with covered calls and intend to return to my initial allocations as soon as the Straight of Hormuz is agreed to be open.
My allocations changed as MELI was again penalized for what was perceived to be overinvestment in their businesses, Applovin was hit by a short seller’s report. I remain happy about my stocks, and hope to redeploy my significant cash soon.
I’ll have much more to say once the economic clouds from this conflict clear further.
