Permit me to venture a guess about your success with the stocks followed by the boys who hang out with Saul and who try to follow his methods. If the underlying fundamentals are solid, that enhances the usefulness of the surface technicals.

Simply Wall Street isn’t the only fundie site out out there. But it’s solid and easy to use. Pair a ‘Yea’ or ‘Nay’ from them with a chart drawn by nearly any means, and a retail investor/trader has stacked the odds in his favor as much as he’s likely able to do. (What the pros with their institutional level resources can do is a whole 'nother matter.)
