This is new, or at least I’ve never been notified of it and I’ve purchased CRTO on 9 separate occasions.
Nevertheless, are you really going to grouse about 0.2%? Frankly, I would like to see a similar thing here as a deterrent to HS traders who front run the market in order to exploit guys like us (well, me anyway - maybe you’re in a different class).

Well, I have to grouse about something to be happy. It’s like haggling at the bazaar - it’s required.

Yep, I am from a different class, I hang out here so I can front-run all you suckers with my state-of-the-art computer that I bought 5 years ago. FIOS recently upgraeded me to 50M download speed, so watch out!
