I’d be happy to help out, within my limits and abilities. Seeing a snippet of Java code sure piqued my interest. Although, I also want to help out here on these “boards”, because I don’t want further fracturing of the community.
We often want something but hope that someone else will make it happen. But it’s also about getting organized.
I sit on a metric ton of posts from the old boards[1]. Sure did not want them to disappear and did not trust them not to, so set out to manually make a personal copy of as many webpages as possible. Spent most of my waking time in November on saving posts and clicking on navigation buttons. I suppose that falls under “really work”.
Feels like @Manlobbi really enjoys getting gritty with coding. It becomes a bit like creating a piece of art when getting into flow of working on something enjoyable. At least for me. And I’m sure several people here happily would be of assistance. I’m still pondering about his musings about database indexing.

When I read that you were calling me a lurker here, I do hope you truly mean that with the winky-doo that you finished your post with. Not only that, but the quote is out of context, as I was referring to programmers specifically.
If I recall, when you were b**thing about these new boards, I think I provided help to YOU and many others with this new board platform. I do my best to give back - all the time.
I stand by my record here on TMF and I don’t think I’m as much of a lurker as you may think.

Manlobbi has already indicated he’ll add the HTTPS protocol on his site. It’s pretty simple to add an SSL certificate (in my experience).

Yes, sorry about delaying that, of course it will be there. That’s nothing, I have had to do so many other things also in parallel to programme this so quickly.
