Click , or double click in the user ID field, to highlight whatever is there.
Click delete. Or erase it, so that there is nothing in the field.
Enter your user ID.
Click the password field. Enter your password.
Maybe that will help?
FWIW, I don’t see a “contact me” link either.
I’m not signed in, so that may be the trick?
So far I’m just a Shrewd lurker.

I suspect that what happened is one time you entered your password in the email field and your email in the password field, and then your browser helpfully saved that information for you so that the next time you go to log in, it fills it in for you.
Re-entering it correctly should result in your browser asking if you want to “update” what it had saved for you, and you should click yes.

I tried both, with no success. Thanks for all the suggestions and help. We probably should not take up any more space on this thread. Maybe send privately if there is something else to try. If I could just erase everything and start over, that might do it, but I haven’t been able to do that. I’ve tried to change password, but I’m not receiving any emails from the site, so can’t do that. It seems to take the request, but I get no email notice. It doesn’t seem to recognize the alias name, but it does appear to recognize the email address. It’s a mystery to me! and frustrating.

Please email me using julian at digitalscores dot com and let me know the 3 details: Your alias, the email and the password you want, and I’ll create your account. As simple as that.
Just in doing it in this way, never, never forget your password, and preferably sign up to Bitwarden.com and save all your passwords there so you don’t even need to use the “forgot your password” feature down the track (for any website, not only Shrewdm.com).

Hi Confier, I have created your account so you can just log in. There is no need click the signup link.
You alias is “conifer”, your email is your att email that you have been trying, and your password is the same as you have been trying which starts with “PP1” followed by 7 more numbers. Just log in and you will be fine.

No problem on your email, imo. Yes, fraud is prevalent out there, but you were careful. As Executor of my mother’s Estate the last many months, everyone is so afraid of fraud, it’s very unfortunate, but it is the world today. I’ve jumped through many hoops to prove our legitamacy, and she had everything in order. I can’t imagine if that was not the case.
Again, love the site. Good to hear people are signing on. Great work and thank you!
