All my responses are going to be petty, cause I literally didn’t see anything that made my mind explode about the car driving. It still made mistakes, it really didn’t slow down for those speed bumps/humps, and we barely got to see the dash or the whole steering wheel.
As for the video, GAH! I have made better video on Nokia candybar phone than this. I thought maybe they compressed it too much, but nope, it was in and out of fuzziness and completely unwatchable at points.
Also, WHO THE HECK decided to do this handheld, from the driver’s seat and then wave the phone around, change from landscape to portrait to landscape to portrait… There is no way I am not completely distracted by that and not paying attention to what they are supposedly trying to show me.

Not impressed any more than when it could just drive in straight lines on its own…(maybe a tiny bit, but)… This video told me nothing new and definitely wasn’t mind blowing.

Does this mean you cancelled your robotaxi order, expected 20??

I cannot parse what you wrote, so I have no idea what you are asking here.

Well, I was trying a Tesla robotaxi joke.

I haven’t ordered mine, yet - need more evidence of it working like a robotaxi.

Engineering plans are big excitement. The moment a project is done it is boring and taken for granted. Engineering is the driest of politics. It is the best of politics and the most meaningless on the daily yawn factor scale. Yep we need it more than anything but our lives.
