Late last year, the Saverys family started a consolidation of several shipping entities into one name. Looks like the ticker symbol, at least the NYSE ticker, reflects one of the Euronav acquisitions i.e. CMB.tech, or CMBT. Or maybe, one should think of it as Euronav acquiring CMB.tech, and then assuming the ticker of the acquired entity. The company doesn’t use “Euronav” in any of its vessel names, so it should be a fairly straightforward transition.

In the CMBT case, the shipping flavors are called Brands
No Euronav position – the Belgian tax withholding is about 30% of the div, and represents a hurdle (I suppose if the price was cheaper, I could trade it within an ex-div window
