FINALLY buying a new computer

Soon a loaf of bread will cost what I just paid for my new computer.

OT: Somewhere I came across the observation that luxuries have become cheap, but necessities have become expensive. Housing is a prime example of a necessity that is being priced out of reach of many. Yet other things, particularly technology, keep coming down, or at least providing more for the same money. Tech provides things that couldn’t be bought a decade or two ago because they didn’t exist yet.
