When I buy a new computer, should I choose Windows 11 Home or Pro?
Mostly what I do is Internet, Quickbooks, Quicken, MS Access, Word, Excel, iTunes, stuff like that. No games or fancy stuff.

Pro is preferred because it’s less restrictive in what you can do. That said, 99% of people won’t even notice or care. You might be in the 1% however. 
I always get Pro or upgrade to it ASAP. Need it? A matter of opinion, but you also get a variety of security choices that require Pro or higher to be available. Security costs money, so availability (if needed/desired) is a choice you can make with Pro.
