You would still have to find it wherever it is currently concealed.
Storm “I” would have to intensify quite a bit and slow down quite a bit to cause wind and rain related damage. I hope the storm surge does not get out of hand.

Hurricane forecast models are coupled ocean-atmospheric models, they forecast both the atmosphere and ocean. The National Hurricane Center is using a new and improved model this year alongside previous models.
Hurricane models continue to improve.
