Anyone have experience replacing Fusion Hybrid batteries? DH’s Fusion Hybrid, a 2010 era machine, is starting to run roughly in a variety of ways. We are discussing the repair/replace calculus, and one major item is obviously battery replacement. Other items include cosmetic stuff like seat cover repair (the stitching on the driver’s side seat is unraveling), bubbling paint on the hood, and a noise that gets louder when the engine is working harder. DSS suggests a hole in the exhaust, which is certainly possible.
ThyPeace, would buy a Tesla if it were up to her, but DH rants about not having a place to plug it in. (True; we have only on-street parking.)
