Bosch is probably on the same trajectory as Delphi and Visteon: the parts makers that GM and Ford spun off, so they could switch to cheap, ChiCom parts.

They are stuck in this socialistic beauraucratic mindset for far too long.

Quite probably, vs the “supply side” mindset that employees are expendable meat, and a cost to be minimized.
