How do I reply to a user, instead of posted the reply to the boards?
We do not allow private messages on the new platform.

What is the reason for not allowing a DM?

In short - it’s for legal reasons. I think they would have preferred we turn them off on the old system, but that wasn’t possible.

Other websites must have better lawyers because they figured out the legal issues with private messaging and allow it on their forums.
