Hi Fools,
There seem to be a substantial number of law firms stepping up to represent IIPR investors in class action lawsuits after the publishing of Blue Orca’s short seller report in early April 2022; IIPR is the plaintiff accused of fraudulent activity. Does anyone have any opinion on whether or not to put stock to these claims against IIPR? This activity is definitely adversely impacting the stock price.
