How can 2 people see and talk on these two different platforms? The Android user used to use Skype but that’s gone and he is unable to get on FaceTime since not an Apple user?

physician - I dont see an way to do a visual call on Whatsapp,I don’t ahve Telegram or Signal.
I just looked at WhatsApp…use it seldom but still don’t see any options to make a video call - is it hiding somewhere that I failed to notice?thx

The Instagram video call process remains opaque to me despite this help article: https://help.instagram.com/136585180482293. I’m on Windows and simply can’t follow the instructions as the options seem not to be the same. Perhaps it works better with the app.

Am re-thinking since he’s not an Apple person, probably doesn’t have iPad either. I think his wife might —oh well, will let him figure it out. Thx all for the ideas and opinions.
