Schwab analysts estimate the following:
For the first quarter 2017, analysts estimate LGIH will earn $0.50 non-GAAP per share, a decrease of 12.63% over the prior year first quarter non-GAAP results.
For the first quarter 2017, analysts estimate LGIH will generate revenues of $161.0M, a decrease of 0.89% over the prior year first quarter results.
These predictions have probably already been taken into account (baked in) as they say, to the current share price which has been trending down 9% over the last 6 trading days.
I have owned LGIH since January 2016. Added more along the way at different price points. It’s my 4th largest position and I am up 35.64 % since inception. I’m waiting, along with the market and other investors to hear what Eric Lipar will say in the conference call.
Hoping for the best,
Frank
