So as of today they will end July with 74 active selling communities (+3) assuming the Orlando, FL community sells out the remaining 18 homes by the end of the month. There had been some questions as to whether LGIH could build fast enough to meet demand. Looks like they’re doing ok.
Their calendar 2017 guidance included having 75-80 active selling communities by the end of 2017. They’ve been averaging about a net +1 active selling community per month so they are still on track there.
+2 more in Houston means +5 for July and 76 active selling communities now! I like it.
