Announced this morning. Where would one go to look at a term sheet to assess if an odd lot opportunity exists?
You should probably be able to find something on SEC’s EDGAR when the time comes. But Unilever hasn’t announced any plans for its shares yet and likely won’t do so for a year or more. They probably have some plans for their MKC stake and it may depend on where UL stock is trading (i.e., if it’s cheap enough to do an exchange offer).

McCormicks is well known for their spices. This is mostly abt Hellman’s mayonaise. Well known brands. Maybe some distribution synergies. Given the economic squeeze in the bottom leg of the K you expect lots of switching to generics.
Might be near a bottom. Unilever sale implies they think it will get worse before recovery begins. A way to play economic recovery. Strong brands likely to recover but maybe will take a while. Falling knife?
Nelson Peltz, an activist investor, took a board seat in 2022. Even since Unilever is existing various businesses. Don’t read too much into this.
