Who is the Medicare Advantage company? Details. HMO? PPO?
This should be a company to avoid.
Is there a place to record these incidents for the public to review.
Have you contacted your state insurance dept. Asked for their help? The state agency licenses them in your state. At minimum file a complaint w the state.

When I had private insurance I was a frequent caller to the state insurance commissioner’s hotllne. I never got a busy signal. Remarkably few people take advantage of this resource.
I called at about 3 PM to complain about an Obamacare insurer, by 6 PM that evening I had a call from an insurance company VP asking what he could do to solve the issue.
But then, WA State has unusually “customer friendly” insurance regulation.
