Makes sense. After 25 you are earning more money, you pop out a couple kids, move out of mom’s house and spend all those savings on a LGIH home.
I think bodes well for Amazon, LGIH, maybe Facebook, snapchat, green-huggy-artisan stuff.
Anyway, watch for some long term mega-trends coming from this demographic.
