Notice that TIG has not been threatening Panama recently?

It’s been all about threatening Greenland.

Bet that changes. The deal for Hutchinson to sell it’s port operations to BlackRock is being held up by Chinese regulators.

The Panama abuse, threats, and jive will probably restart shortly.

" Hong Kong’s CK Hutchison will not sign a deal next week to sell its two port operations near the Panama Canal to a BlackRock-led group, two people with direct knowledge of the matter said, amid growing pressure from Beijing."

Not good news.

For who and why? For Panama?

The Panamanian court decided against the interests of a USian big shot, a few years ago, so there is a personal score to settle with Panama.

I figure the abuse, threats, and jive, were suspended, so BlackRock could conclude it’s “arty” deal. Deal now suspended. So, back to originally scheduled program.

What would the market value of 18 acres on the East River be, if the current tenants could be evicted for “un-American actvities”, and the land seized? That is an “arty” real estate deal that could top the beachfront resort in Gaza.

Yep. Panama court says you can’t do the deal because of duress. Funny spelling for the word “blackmail corruption”.

French courts now pondering the implications of psychotic order saying US corporations can’t do business with French companies who have DEI policies. I suspect the order will be something like: “This is sand. Go pound it.”

How about a Florida membership club on the East Coast? Something-marred? Less than US $24–because that amount bought Manhattan Island–and the Florida property is far smaller and “under water”, shall we say… Also, uses lots of non-US citizen labor, so all participants (including the owner) are subject to being sent to a Salvador prison by ICE without a court hearing.

You made me look it up. Indeed, „extraterritorial“:

PARIS, March 29 (Reuters) - The Trump administration has ordered some French companies with U.S. government contracts to comply with his executive order banning diversity, equity, and inclusion programmes, highlighting the extraterritorial reach of U.S. policies and their potential impact on European corporate practices.

It will be fun to watch how US embassies worldwide will keep operating without local suppliers.

Nobody is requiring a company, French or otherwise, to do business with the Federal government.

Requirements for Federal contracts are nothing new.

They don’t have to work with local suppliers. They can order everything from the US–and then WAIT. Everything to be shipped on US military cargo aircraft, thus shifting ever-growing costs to the US govt.

Requirements like this are.

“We will not provide food to your embassies unless you hang American artists in the hallways.”

I dunno, hard to find a parallel. I get the prohibitions on safety, or using child labor. Getting rid of official French policies? Weird.

I wonder which American artists they want hanged in the hallways. Gruesome.

Trump - easily distracted by bright shining objects.

Who is(n’t) holding the flashlight up his rear–AGAIN? Or would that be a searchlight beacon? IT FITS !!

For our own good the French are difficult to deal with. Thank god.

In reality, we are the ones who are difficult to deal with.

Waiting for the military invasion of America by the US army.

Now we need Greenland and a railway. Why oh why do we keep losing?

Well, Virginia it usedn’t to be this way. In the beginning of time…

That is sacrilige. If he ever had the guts to ride a bull maybe I would give him a little respect but with that painting I call it stolen valor. Every cowboy should be pi**ed about that.
