I posted this in a few groups to get more answers.
It is common wisdom to buy when people are in a state of panic. I do not expect to be able to call a bottom, but how would one go about knowing when people are in a panic sell mode.

This is OT for this board. We aim to discuss incredible, high-growth companies, not portfolio management.
You may have seen a few posts from Saul and others emphasizing the need to stay calm during the panic over the last month or so, but we mostly stay away from these topics.
As you said in your post, there are other boards for exactly the discussion you are looking for.
