On the HWTSC board someone asked for a paint program, but it made me look what we have since many years ago, Mac’s Paint app vanished…
Found one, looks pretty basic, sometimes that’s all we want, so I downloaded it, seems to be as basic as the old one was, maybe handy:

The Downloads tab lets you choose, the latest seems happy on my 2012 Mac Pro & Mojave…
Paint was one of the most amazing things to be found in the ancient Apple world that was inconceivable until then.

Paint, MacDraw got us started, problem now is to open those old files is not so easy, I haven’t tried this app yet, and we can do a lot within Preview, but this were the days! Magic!
My first Mac, I went to MacDraft, used it ever since for drawings, but Paint had it’s place, too…
And then there was Hypercard! Until there wasn’t…
Was a clever thing, but it, too, slipped away…
