been scooping out the kiwi from the skins - pain in butt - and throw 2 fruit in blender along with 1/2 banana , 1 1/2 cups almond milk, 2 strawberries…for my lunch drink.
Threw in the whole kiwi yesterday. Drink not as sweet but might do again. Saves five minutes of fiddling to get the kiwi out. Lots more ‘pulp’ and fiber, too. Good for diet.
My sis got me started on kiwi a few weeks ago. Good for ‘pooping’…along with prunes, raisins, cranberries, for us seniors

Walmart has green kiwis, yellow kiwis (almost double the price) and pineapple guava. the green ones come 8 in a container.

Found some “Jumbo Sungold” NZ kiwis.
Nice taste but the skin is too tough to eat but it peels easily. I cut it into slices and just ripped off the skin.
