You can not say that about Arab Authoritarian rule. You know the rest of the world is always to blame. Israel, the US, UK, and France anyone is to blame other than the actual people who make the decisions.
Imagine a world where there were decent responsible people who manged things for the public…oh forget that Israel must be to blame.
