OT: Women Can Do Less Exercise Than Men

…and get the same longevity benefits.

Recent study showed women need do about half of aerobic exercise and about 1/3 of weight training to get same benefits as men. Or 140 minutes cardio vs. 300 minutes per week and 1 lifting session vs 3 per week…

Jury is out as to why. One theory is that male systems are bigger and need more work to be stressed.
