OXY

With Buffett buying OXY stock seemingly hand over fist does anyone think that he wants to buy the entire company sort of like he did with BNSF?
I remember when Berkshire was accumulating PSX and some people thought he would eventually buy the whole company but it never happened. In fact, just the opposite happened; not longed after establishing over a 14% stake he began selling and eventually cashed out of the entire investment.
Is OXY even the kind of company that Berkshire would want as a permanent holding?

Thanks for any responses!

I doubt he is interested in buying the entire company - Oil is a cyclical business and he will probably want to exit at some point (however with such a large position that could prove to be a challenge)

Plus some see clean energy replacing fossil fuels. How will oil companies adapt? Which ones will survive?
