Full Year 2020 Financial Results

In 2020, we generated $1.1 billion in revenue, up 47% year-over-year.

Our average revenue per customer was $7.9 million, up 41% year-over-year. Our average revenue from our top 20 customers was $33.2 million, up 34% year-over-year.

The number of customers generating more than $1 million in annual revenue grew 32% year-over-year. The number of customers generating more than $5 million in annual revenue grew 54% year-over-year. The number of customers generating more than $10 million in annual revenue grew 50% year-over-year.

Thanks for posting. Palantir has only recently begun working with customers outside of the Defense and Intelligence sectors, so these numbers need to be seen in that context. The revenue growth per customer looks very strong to me, particularly in this environment. I like that existing customers are spending significantly more AND that they are adding customers. It has been a challenging sales environment because of COVID, but that should abate going forward. I would like to see more detail about how many new customers they added and some granularity about their sales teams. I think it is still early days for them, as there are a lot more federal agencies here and abroad that they can add, not to mention a lot of large and medium sized businesses. They have really scarcely begun to scratch the surface on those opportunities in the private sector!
