Will there be a recession this year? Two weeks ago people were saying 50 to 60% odds. After favorable earnings reports this week we are more optimistic. But who knows.
The economy is slowing and retailers are reporting weakening sales (as expected).

There is seasonality.
Maybe a bit of a layoff period later this year. Beyond the tech layoffs.
