Not sure if this is the right board to ask this, but it seems pretty active compared to many others, and I believe I have heard of this part of the Fool community (i.e., a popular board for trading/investing).
I’m curious if anyone knows if Investors Business Daily, besides just as a newspaper, is available in libraries in digital subscription form, so that one could look up ratings and use screeners. As far as I can tell, no library in my area offers it, so I was curious if this is a rare thing to see at a library before I go about lobbying it for it to be included. Plus, I should say as far as I know it is not offered, as asking the staff about it usually brings about unfamiliarity about the paper and what it does.
