Said I wouldnt be back till Christmas, just couldnt resist

So all the 3’s as in $333. Whaaaat? Think I said $350.00 by year-end is on the cards and don’t normally agree with Cramer as in don’t trade it, don’t sell it, just own it! But us old faithfuls have known this far longer than him. Not quite sure what has led to this rapid increase and not sure that I want to know, but do kindly keep at it. I do remember on Saul’s board in 2017 when i mentioned apple, nvda, amzn, goog, msft etc and that was scorned upon, but should have kept my crwd,(and numerous others, we have all been there)as was in and out too many times and lessons learnt. Next time you are in a restaurant or the tube etc, just count the amount of apple watches on wrists, it’s staggering and I’m hoping the foldable phone(2.5k?) and all the new gadgets on the horizon will just explode. We are approaching 5 trill boys and girls, do I hear 10 trill? Regardless, an apple a day mentally at present certainly keeps the doctor at bay. Physically, well that’s another story. Keep this pace of acceleration and will cash out totally much earlier than expected(before It’s too late) and sail into the horizon. Rambling aimlessly now so time to go. See you at Christmas, unless we hit 400 :upside_down_face:

I’m willing to speculate:

The SPCX IPO drew away money from the FAANG stocks, or at least lightly tapped the brakes on, for a while, and then Apple announced the price increases, which obviously led to the big drop at the end of June. However, since very little fundamental has changed with Apple/AAPL – as many of us LTBHers understand – cooler heads saw the big dip as a giant buying opportunity, and so drove up AAPL. The buyers saw the June drop as an overreaction – a welcome one, given the buying opportunity.

Since AAPL had tested the upper 310’s already, the market (retail and institutional investors) knew already that the 310’s were a reasonable and accessible price range. The jump to over 330 was a result of momentum. (See my recent theorizing about support levels.)
