Is it just me or does very little discussion on energy related “Investment” boards relate to actual energy investments?
Seems like most of it could or should be filed under “Politics and Religion”.

After years of being skeptical of its ridiculous PEs, I've been building a position in TSLA. Not for the cars but seeing it longer term as a disruptive energy company.

Anyone else want to talk about where you have placed your renewable energy “bets” or what you are evaluating for energy related investments?

I dumped some money into ARKK about a year ago for its investments into disruptive technologies. It is money that I don’t need for a few years so I figured what the heck.

Another tech investment I’ve been looking into is AMD as more memory using devices are in use and more cloud capacity is needed chip demand will continue to climb.

I also have a position in TSLA and for many years LNG.
Earlier this year I had success with Marathon (MRO) as oil went from $80 to $100.

I’m doing Tesla and lithium: SQM, Albemrle, and Livent. Lithium prices have hurt but still 5x from 2019.

Earnings due end of the month. Hoping for good numbers from expanded production.

Lithium is a commodity. And as with oil commodity pricing is a big factor in share price.
