Not to worry. If the other faction takes over the state again, they will take away the money she has added to education and infrastructure, to help cover the cost of more tax cuts for the “JCs”.

Or maybe she just has a sense of humor and doesn’t mind making fun of herself. Sounds like a great program. Two years tuition free, that will give them at least an AA and maybe get them started as an electrician or welder. I like it.
