Cool! If it’s the same general size geofenced area as Austin (243 sq miles), or 10% of the Austin metro and 0.006% of the US, that means it’s available in 0.012% of the US. 12 one-thousandths of one percent.

Another 6 weeks to get to 50%, but it’s getting closer. I bet the deadline is quaking in its boots.

iOS has about a 55% market share in the US, so it is plausible.

Assuming they can find that many safety operators.

“Hailing” a ride is pretty different than “having enough cars on the road so there’s a car to hail”. And then there’s that pesky “regulation” thing to get through.

I’m a say he won’t get to 50% by the end of the year. Big risk I’m taking with that prediction, but there it is.
