Who is to blame for inflation the wealthy or the employed?

The U.S. hiring spree continued in March, with employers adding 431,000 jobs, another sign of the economy’s resilience amid uncertainty.
My point being if the wealthy have less disposable income there is far less inflation. The working classes create more growth opportunities than inflation.
