The Russian’s, even if they didn’t have a space based dual phenomenology missile warning capability, blowing up one radar station would not leave them blind. This is an unexplained assertion left unchallenged by the media types.

Correct, blowing up one won’t leave them blind. But how about if you blow up 30% of their radar sites? At what point does Russia act? That’s what the Professor is talking about.
