Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew signed an ‘executive order’ against US liquor. The Canadian provincial head copied a familiar style of US President Donald Trump signing orders. The order mandates for pulling off US alcohol off liquor marts from Manitoba’s stores. His response was against 25% tariffs imposed on Canadian goods exported to the US, which came into force on March 4 after a Feb 1 order signed by Trump.
